The goal of the Default Refclocks Poll is to determine which Refclocks are built by default in the NTP Reference Implementation Distribution.

Participation in NTP Public Services Project polls is restricted to registered web-site members. Each member is allowed only one vote per poll, but may change their vote as often as they wish. Poll votes are not anonymous.

I'm registered but voting has no effect on the results. How come?
