We are also working on providing additional contact mechanisms that can be used by people who are not able to get e-mail to us at all. We will update this space when we have more information on these alternative contact mechanisms.

The Postmaster Services Team is well acquainted with the industry standard reference Internet Postmaster: Duties and Responsibilities booklet from the SAGE Short Topics series, and strives to equal or exceed the best practices recommended by the authors. However, we always welcome constructive criticism regarding areas in which we can improve.
